All our classes are fully supervised by our professional and friendly trainers in our private Strength and Conditioning suite. Balance and Mobility class focuses on balance and fundamental movements in a controlled supervised environment. This class perfect for people looking to maintain or increase their levels of fitness throughout the older years. Every Wednesday and Friday at 10am. The class is followed with tea, coffee and nibbles.
