Small Group Strength Session

Our Small group strength classes are focused on teaching the fundamentals of strength and conditioning with a huge aspect on improving your movement, muscle balance and function. All our classes are fully supervised by our professional and friendly trainers in our private Strength and Conditioning suite. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and will help you improve your strength, movement and day to day life.

The Canon Hayes Spinning Class

The Canon Hayes Spinning Class is a fun, energetic calorie burner.  All classes are coached by our professional trainers in a fun, friendly environment. All levels are welcome to this class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

Class and Chat

Balance and Mobility class focuses on balance and fundamental movements in a controlled supervised environment. This class perfect for people looking to maintain or increase their levels of fitness throughout the older years. Every Wednesday at 10am. The class is followed with tea, coffee and nibbles.

X-FIT

X-Fit every Monday and Wednesday evening at  7:30pm. Held in the strength and conditioning room, this class is a mixture of cardio and weights

under 18s training packages

Chose from 4 different packages. Each session is tailored to your teens requirements and is a one to one session.

Designed to build confidence when using gym equipment and aid your teen to reach their personal fitness goals and increase self confidence.
