Our Small group strength classes are focused on teaching the fundamentals of strength and conditioning with a huge aspect on improving your movement, muscle balance and function. All our classes are fully supervised by our professional and friendly trainers in our private Strength and Conditioning suite. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and will help you improve your strength, movement and day to day life.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 7am to 11am.
The Canon Hayes Spin, Row, Ski Class is a fun, energetic calorie burner. The aim of the class is to burn 100 calories on each machine within a 45 minute period. All classes are coached by our professional trainers in a fun, friendly environment. All levels are welcome to this class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am and 9am.
The Canon Hayes HIIT class is a fun, high energy and heart pumping interval training classes. We focus on cardiovascular and muscular endurance elements throughout the class with plenty of spurries from our trainers at every session.
Circuits for Older People incorporates work on balance and fundamental movements in a controlled supervised environment. This class perfect for people looking to maintain or increase their levels of fitness throughout the older years. Every Wednesday at 11am.
